🔑 Passenger access

You benefit from a private and secure entrance to access the Villa, with an electric gate allowing independent access.

To ensure the security of the property, you will be given a remote control for the gate during your stay. A fee of €40 will be charged for its loss, damage, or failure to return.
 

🧹 Departure, cleaning of the accommodation and respect for the premises

In order to preserve the quality of the accommodation and facilitate its preparation for the next travelers, we ask that you carry out a basic cleaning before your departure.

We specifically ask you to:

* leave the kitchen, kitchen equipment and appliances as clean as when you arrived;
* deposit all used household linen (towels, sheets, etc.) in the showers or the space provided for this purpose;
* Empty and dispose of all rubbish in the containers provided for this purpose.

We also ask that you do not leave any waste, rubbish or cigarette butts on the property, in order to preserve the cleanliness, tranquility and charm of the place.

These guidelines are part of the house rules. If any of these guidelines are observed upon your departure, the situation may be reported to Airbnb in accordance with the platform's terms and conditions, and additional charges may apply if special cleaning or intervention is required.

🌿 An eco-responsible approach

In order to respect the environment and preserve natural resources, we invite you to adopt a responsible use of the equipment and water and energy consumption made available to you.

We thank you for using the comfort equipment, including air conditioning, heating and water, responsibly.

In summer, the air conditioning is ideally set to **25°C**, and in winter, the heating between **19 and 20°C**. We ask that you use them only when necessary and keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioning or heating is running to avoid unnecessary energy consumption.

The hot water tanks and the house's plumbing system have been sized according to the maximum permitted capacity of the dwelling. We therefore ask you to ensure reasonable water consumption, in accordance with the usage recommendations of the canton's water suppliers and any restrictions that may be in place, particularly during periods of drought.

As part of our commitment to responsible consumption, meter readings for **water and electricity** are taken upon arrival and departure of guests. Consumption corresponding to **normal usage recommended by the canton's suppliers**, proportional to the number of occupants and the applicable rates charged by the water and electricity providers, is included in the price of your stay.

Any consumption exceeding this normal recommended usage may be subject to additional charges according to the current rates of the suppliers concerned.
